There is no reason that we can’t do both.
And making somebody else Captain America or Thor has more elemental power in the world—it is of more immediate interest to more people—than creating Thunder Girl and Black Flag.
Also, the market is racist because it involves people. Bucking biased trends is not a passive affair. You must be active.
